Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !
P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

Nono, you dont need to worry, there is no way of selective weight loss, you can't pick and choose where you want to lose weight, it's perfectively logical that as you become thinner, so will your stomach, if you are really worried than you can do sit-ups and crunches to increase musle that lies around the abs, my advise is eat healthy and keep on at the gym, if you don't lose weight, it's simply un-normal, and you must see your doctor, but losing fat isn't about where you sweat from, your stomach is inside you, it is an internal organ, your arms have fat because you have veins, whereas your stomach is an organ, the fat there isnt in veins, the more you sweat around your body, the more fat will move around your body and the flatter your stomach will become, Remember, the fat in your arms is in the blood, but the fat around your abs is in your stomach, every sweat which comes from your arms and legs contributes to a flatter stomach, Good luck!

What does sweating have to do with losing weight.? The reason you sweat is because you are exerting force and your body temp is rising, plus you can't spot lose. If it was about sweating to lose weight all people would have to do is bundle up in some sweaters in the summer and bingo instant weight lot. to lose belly fat, change your diet eat better do exercises in that region that will stretch and elongate and strengthen those muscles, sit ups, knee up, and crunches sweat more in that area by doing more in that area, probably why the other areas are sweating more because you are doing more exercises for those areas.

I've been told, though I'm not sure I believe it, that you lose weight all over at the same time. So if you want to lose more abdominal fat just keep getting thinner overall and it will eventually come off.
Still part of me- that fat part- makes me think this may not in fact be true.

Sweating has nothing to do with where the fat is being lost from. The only weight you loseby sweating is water. Its just your body trying to cool you down. Sadly, the gut is often the last place to loose weight. Doing stomache crunches will certainly help firm up the area though. If your stomache muscles are weak then your stomache is more likely to protrude and look fatter than it really is.

Give it time-when I started trying to lose weight it happened in my legs and arms first, then my stomach. Your body knows what's best for itself in this case, so let it worry about where to lose the weight-YOU hang in there and keep trying and it will eventually happen.

I think i know how to fix it! A high blood sugar level encourages fat storage and especially on the belly. Have you heard about the GI-diet? It's not a fad diet, it really makes sense and it is a very healthy way to eat. By eating food that release sugar slowly, low GI foods, you keep your blood sugar levels stable and that's the key to fat loss and good health overall, it greatly reduces your risk of diabetes as well. If you cut out foods with fast-releasing carbs like white bread, sugary cereals, candy, cake and the like, replacing it with wholegrain alternatives, vegetables, pulses etc, you encourage the body to use fat primarily from your belly. One other thing is that to keep your blood sugar levels as stable as possible you should eat every three to four hours, don't leave longer between meals! This does not mean the overall food intake increases. Eat often and smaller portions. Or you can have three bigger meals and two healthy snacks in between. I have found that this way of eating works very well for me, it really does make a difference to the amount of flab particularly on the stomach. And that without having to go hungry! I feel good about myself too, for taking care of myself by eating healthily as well as exercising regularly. Do it for yourself! Good luck!!

The fatty apron is the last item that will be depleted. Sweating on the abdomin will not indicate you are losing fat anywhere, it only indicates your body temp is being regulated.. The burning of calories is what will eventually burn up fat deposition. You have to burn up what you have eaten before you will burn up the stored fat. It is stored for energy, should you need it at some time when there is not sufficient intake to supply the bodies needs.

hmmm! 3yrs is quiet long period! okay since u said all ur body parts sweat except at ur stomach. The fact is all the other body parts while workout's will face individual gravity but in case of ur stomach or abdominal part its supported by lower n upper body.so even though if u tried hard in ur way other parts cheat the workout not to reach the abs.So try some workout's like Crunches for uppper part of stomach,Leg raises for lower part of stomach, and some twist's for Oblics of stomach... apart from this if u wan quick results try skipping n specially a hydraulic machine available in gym called LEG PRESS it works pretty well n results ll be very fast!
