Long hair is so overated......I had should length hair nearly all my life....(such a major hassle) I had to pay more than the average person to get my hair done...anyways I cut it when I turned 29 and it was the best thing I ever did for myself....now I have to deal with my 10 year old who has a head full of hair....

comb/brush your hair every day when you wake up, and every night before you go to sleep. if you don't mind braiding, sleep with it in a braid. conditioner!
