Well, this is coming from a girl. It is really attractive for guys to ask girls out. I think you should find some time alone with her and tell her how you feel, watch her reaction-if she is happy about it, it will be easy to say "will you go out with me?" if she isnt happy then there is nothing you can do, but you will feel such a good sense of accomplishment, trust me. (I would also hint a little before so its not just out of nowhere!!) Good luck!!

Say hello and tell her she has nice elbows. If she laughs or responds positively in any way, ask her if she would like to go to the airport viewing area and watch the planes, maybe have a picnic, something simple like that. Flirt with her a lot. May God bless and keep you.

Depends on your situation. If this is a girl from school ask her to the next dance. You have to make a reason to either go forward with her or move on. If this is a older situation then learn more about her first.

Just go up to her and say, "Excuse me. May I talk to you for a moment?" Tell her how you feel and that you'd like to get to know better over coffee. Tell her when and where you'd like to meet her. Get her number. Then tell her you have to go because you have something you need to do.
Girls like a guy with a plan. Someone who has it all figured out. Girls dont' like guys they have to care for. They prefer guys who can take care of themselves.

Well I don't know what to tell you other than don't be to pushy. I can tell you from experience it's a bad thing. Just knda let her know you like her and then just ask her out for a movie or dinner. Don't push the issue.

just say hi and and ask her if she wants to go out for a drink or something then you star to say what you feel about herand ask her what she thinks about your feeling for her. then if she feels the same way then ask her if you want to go out some day if she dose not then say well thx for your time anyways hope you have a good life etc....
