It always redirects to https and says cannot be found. I've tried

/SST_Consumer/Process
Login.do

the above three lines are really all on one line and it still redirects.
Talking to customer service they claim they have no problem.
I have never even been able to enroll because it redirects immediately to https.
Anyone solve this. Obviously SST Card Services does not want to hear about their problems. This is Washington Mutual credit card.

If you have access to another computer, you could try from there. That should at least tell you if its your computer or the website itself. Next time you contact customer service, request them to access the site from an EXTERNAL connection. Many website problems don't appear when accessed from a computer on the company network. Also have the exact wording of the error available when you call. Better yet, attempt to log in and keep the error page open when you call.
