Hang in there, be strong and everything is going to workout. It's never easy when your parents fight, it becomes stressful and sometimes that stress carries over into your life causing problems. It's not up to you to fix your parents problems it took me a long time to learn that but in the end it was the best thing for me. The only thing you can do is tell your parents how there constant fighting is effecting you personally. Maybe if they know that it's effecting you they will work harder at what is causing the arguements to start to begin with. If nothing else works maybe your parents should seek counciling from a minister, or psychologist. The best thing you can do is focus on your life and make sure you take care of you. You don't have to live with your parents forever just until you can find away out. My way out is going away to college.

You have to try not to be in the middle. I solved this problem by just not asking their opinions any more. It is sad when the grownups act like children, but unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it. Just try not to act like them yourself. Perhaps your mom thinks that everyone else is right because your dad is always telling her she's wrong? Let them get on with it. It's sad, but oyu have to.

As a daughter, I'd say that its not up to you to try and solve your parents problems.

Although it'll be hard for you to listen to the arguments, they are the grown-ups and should start acting that way.

Explain to your parents that it is worrying/upsetting you and maybe they'll respect that and keep their fights out of earshot and make them think about resolving their differences!

Good luck

it depends on what the right and wrong is about. if your parents are fighting the best thing to do is stay out of it, do not take sides let them calm down
