As long as you aren't any older than say, sixteen or so. If your 33, then yes, it's wrong. Unless she is deaf, and you don't know sign language. Or your trapped in a cave, and have no way out, and then yes, it;s OK.

YES! It is wrong to break up with anybody that way. Don't be such a chicken sh_t. If you are going to break somebody's heart the least you can do is show them enough respect to tell them face to face.
