Christianity is essentially a criminal business enterprise... in fact, it is the world's longest running and most successful Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) scam. The product they are selling is the illusion of 'salvation'... and the 'pay plan' doesn't kick in until after you're dead. Meanwhile the victims (having been deceived into believing that it is their God-given duty) are out there recruiting MORE victims. What a racket! FORTUNATELY, it only works on those who are gullible enough, and sufficiently lacking in critical thinking skills, to fall for it. UNfortunately, THAT accounts for about 75% of the population of the USA. (There are a lot more people who DON'T know how to think properly than there are people who DO know how to think properly.) That is why there are a lot more religious people in the USA than there are 'Free-thinkers'... including Atheists. Also, Christians are generally too dense to realize that proselytizing (spreading the 'good news') is a key element of the Christian MLM MARKETING PLAN, which was instituted after Christianity lost the political power that had previously allowed them to simply torture and kill anybody who did not comply. Now, they obliviously try to just pester and annoy people to death, through persistent obnoxiousness. If you stop to think about it, you will realize that Christians are very much like the Borg, on Star Trek Next Generation: "You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile." I would not be surprised to learn that thoughts of Christianity provided the 'creative spark' for the Borg concept.

Christianity as a religion has alot of flaws. But believing that the Lord died for our sins and that God is our creator is something I believe with all my heart. Of course, alot of people disagree, but that is the choice we all have to make, to except the Lord or reject him! Either way we are all human and we should treat each other with respect and love, which, unfortunately, is in dire straights at this point in the juncture. All I can say is, choose wisely, there could be serious repercussions to our actions and decisions! God Bless!

blackacre has it wrong, not a single person has ever been killed by Christians. By posers and pretenders, yes, but they weren't Christians, they were only posing and pretending to be Christians.

Now, as to your question about . . .

"feel"? Depends on what mood I'm in.

I don't trust feelings.

I trust in truth.

There's only one way to tell the truth, everything else is error.

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.

though most people aren't perfect and those who are Christians are capable of seeming to give Christianity a bad name, i think it is forgiving and accepting and most of all, Love rules it. after i read Ted Dekker's "the circle" trilogy, I especially appreciate what Christianity stands for. It's not centred around hell and condemnation, it's ultimately about victory and restoration and grace.

My life before accepting Christ as my Savior was empty. Now it is full of joy and peace, and when I have bad times I can fall into the arms of the Lord. Praise God!

the true question is how do you feel about Christianity?? Everyone should chose their faith on how they feel. It was once best stated, "it doesn't or shouldn't matter what faith we are, but that we have faith."
