Actually, I drive extra carefully when I'm the only one on the road or there isn't too much traffic. If there's a cop nearby he can easily pull me over if the road is deserted. Whereas, if there's a lot of traffic, you can blend in more easily. That's my strategy and it's worked for me for 4+ years (ever since I got my license). Never been pulled over :D

wouldn't do it, that is when all of the cops decide to end their donut break and come out from under the manhole covers and fall out of the trees they have been hiding in and get you for driving erratically and in an unsafe manner.................
