My grocery store has already cooked chicken breast in the deli section. Plus get the "bagged" lettuce, and the feta already crumbled, helps make this super quick.

Thinly sliced chicken breast
Romain Lettuce
Seeded Chopped Tomato
Kalamata Olives
Cucumber
Feta Crumbles
Lite Italian Dressing

For dessert Make a Triffle
Get sugar free banana Pudding make it according to dirrections
-Put a a 1/3 of the pudding in a triffle bowl (clear glass serving bowl with straight sides)
-Put a layer of "Nilla" brand wafer cookies
-Top with 1/3 pudding
-Add a layer of sliced bananas
-Top with 1/3 pudding
-Top with 1/2 a container of (thawed) sugar free "Cool Whip"

It is so good and it doesn't taste light. I gave it to my husband and he had no idea it was "diet" food" He thought it was nice enough he asked me to make it when his friend from work was over.

Good Luck

My answer may involve going shopping but it's worth it.

Falafels..Heat the pittas, cook the falafels, put inside, add some houmous & salad and hey presto my favourite dinner.

Otherwise heat the pittas and add lots of butter and ham.

You can put different stuff in it, like tuna, chicken, roasted beef or pork or u can just go vegetarian. Ideal vegetables for this are lettuce, onion, tomatoes, bell pepper and carrots. Here's how:

Put the meat on base, then add the vegetables, top with grated cheese and mayo and/or mustard and/or ketchup (optional) if preferred.

Anything! If you really can't be arsed and haven't got much in, cheese and beans is a winner, maybe with a bit of fresh chilli or curry powder. Easy, two minutes, tops. And costs about 25p. Bargain!
