how can I upgrade ppc 2002 to 2003 on DellAxim X5 400mhz?

I have been trying to upgrade GPS Dest 2 to Dest 6 (which Dest technologies said was OK) But I can't install the nav software from the Dest Console. I get the error msge cannot retreive data from mobile device. even when shown as connected and syncd .
I think it may be that ppc2002 needs upgrading

Your PPC certainly needs upgrading. Dest 6 might have compatibility issues with older PPC.
