Thirteen is the most common number given for the age of accountability based on the Jewish custom that a child becomes an adult at the age of 13. However, the Bible gives no direct support to the age of 13 always being the age of accountability.
Based also, on the story of David, when his new born Baby died. However, aside from the Jewish doctrine, there is NO age of accountability written in the Bible in specific terms.

The Bible doesn't give any specific age. I believe it varies from person to person, some kids are ready to be saved at 3 or 4 while others don't understand untill they are 9 or 10. I don;t think God would judge someone that didn't understand His Word.

There is no set age. It all depends on how old a person is before God begins to deal with their heart and give them the zeal and maturity to understand God's word, their sin, and the need to be freed from their sins. Look at Samuel in the OT. He was a small child when God called him. Others are older; still others are adults. The age of accountability comes with the understanding that we're all born to sin and need to be redeemed. God said to David, "My Word have I written upon the tables of thine heart" meaning that it has been placed within our conscience, letting us know that it's time to make a change both spiritually and physically before it's too late.

I think the "age of accountability" is self explaining. When you are old enough to know the difference and choose the wrong.

The entire or anywhere you see children they are spoken of as innocent. It doesn't matter if they are innocent to us. It is obvious that the Bible is talking about innocent before God. But as we grow we are no longer innocent as we become conscience of the evil in the world and carnal desires of ourselves.

There is no scriptual reference on that. I had asked this question many years ago to my professor. He said when we take our first breath. Maybe, maybe not--I don't have an answer.
