No matter what products try to tell you, you CANNOT REPAIR a split end. Your best bet is to just go and get a trim, then apply a protection product every time you take a shower to prevent it from happening again. Split ends are natural. You just have to get rid of them every so often.

First I would recommend going to a salon and having someone trim your split ends. And be careful about were you go some ppl are scissor happy. After that I would use a deep conditioner at least once a week and then tapering off to at least twice a week a long with some type of leave in conditioner on a daily bases. Good luck and I know the feeling.

get a new brush (one with no balls on it) and a new comb.
get a haircut and make sure all split ends are taken off. otherwise, they will keep splitting and making hair tangle, causing more split ends.
never rip thru your hair with a brush or comb. it causes split ends.

if you have long hair, take fairly sections and twist it to the ends. there will be hairs popping out. these are split ends. trim them off yourself.

get it trimmed and stop using blow dryers.
if you want your hair to be long and healthy, you have to let it air dry and never use a blow dryer. also use a little conditioner on the ends every time you shampoo.
