You can tell its quality by reading the label...First ingredient should be Beef, Lamb, Chicken or Turkey..not by-products, or meat meal..Grain should be 3rd...Protein should be about 22% for working dogs, and fat 18%..
I went to their website, and saw the ingredient list, and nutrition facts. There are certainly worse kibbles, but there are many that are much better...they do use a LOT of by-products, and fillers.

Canidae, Solid Gold, Innova, Wellness, Old Mother Hubbard, Wysong, and several others are the best bang for your money. They are made with all natural and human grade ingredients, so you never have to wonder about the sources.

I save about 20% on my feed bill since feeding Canidae, a premium kibble, to 6 large dogs..And, my older dogs are acting much younger...

I looked up the ingredients and there is no way I would feed it to my dog. Our pets need quality pet food. Read the ingredients list and learn what the stuff on there is and what it does (or does not do) to/for our pets. A quick pet food 101. If the pet food contains corn/corn products or by products it is a poor quality food. Do not pay attention to advertising, they all say there food is great. Corn is a filler that can trigger skin problems. (allergies, skin problems, itching and excessive shedding) By products is anything from an animal not fit for human consumption, including cancerous tissue. Quality foods have meat as the first ingredient. California Natural, Solid Gold, Innova and Merrick are a few of the best brands available. I have never personally heard about it. Try your vets office or a website.
