Tell her to follow this diet..........strictly for 2 weeks. It provides all the vitamins and minerals your body needs while getting rid of waste. I lost 20 lbs (water weight included of course) and I love and feel so much better. I lost all my acne etc. Great cleanse Good luck Oh and obviously work out everyday. First few days she might be tired but after that I did 30 min. cardio daily and that was it!

I agree with the first answer..nothing OTT...dettox on water but don't overdo the daily limit.... Cut out any food additives and processed foods, lots of fresh veggies and fruit. Dried fruit and nuts...brown rice rather than white. Cut down on oils (natural oils as olive, walnut or other nut oils) in small quantities and dry fry foods...cut out salt and try to use herbs for adding flavour. It depends how much she wants to lose and if it is a realistic amount...try and persuade her not to crash diet...and do some toning exercises like cruches...walking is the best...power walking adds a little more of the aerobic side of things...also swimming is great for all over body toning.

only 800 calories a day. Protein & fat 1gr = 4 calories, carbs 1 gr = 9 calories.... don't forget to add those. My daughter has lost 7 pounds in 1 week, however she is overweight. But were in week 2, and the weigth is still coming off! Good luck to your friend. And eat little amounts all day, that way she won't feel deprived, and her matabalism will keep going.

She can lose up to 12 pounds in 2 weeks by ONLY eating meat and veggies. NO starches like bread, pasta, potatoes, rice. Fruit only in the morning. NO Dairy. It can be done but she has to be strict with it and exercise. The good news is that she can have as much veggies as she wants. Veggie soup is good too, and lots of water.

Special K diet and 45 min of cardio a day, if you don't know all ready you replace two meals a day with a bowl of special k you will lose at least 5 pounds

tell her to be realistic!!!!
losing a great amount of weight in two weeks is dangerous.. the normal amount of weight loss one should have in a week is 2-3 pounds .. tell her to do something healthy like working out at her own pace and eating right ... i would recommend weight watchers ... she could still eat what she likes ... just in proper portions ... GOOD LUCK

1 hour of intense cardio followed by 1 hour of weight training. daily

raw veggies or lightly steamed. (the darker the greens the better)

stay away from salt and overly sweet fruits(pineapple, kiwi, watermelon)

only drink water and decaf tea.

with in one week she'll be down 15 lbs.

Do the Hollywood Diet, I used it before my wedding to lose 15 lbs. And it worked!! I swear by the stuff,and my doctor said it was ok.
If she doesn't need to lose weight, tell her to drink green tea, it's an antioxidant, and it wont hurt her....

well 1st how much weight does she want to lose??? but eating cereal like complete or total or cherrios for breakfst and lunch, and then lean chicken and vegies for dinner will help her lose up to 12lbs but the Cabbage Soup diet is only 7 days and i lose like 10+ every time i do it.
