If your TV has a VGA input (looks like a typical computer monitor hook-up, like on the back of your computer), then the easiest way is to buy a VGA cable and connect the TV like you would a normal monitor.
If you don't have that, check your video card to see if it has any other video-out jacks (such as S-Video, or a yellow component jack). Most modern TVs will accept component input, which are the red-white-yellow cables. In that case, you will need to get a video component cable and run it from the computer to the TV.

First, check if your graphics card has a TV-out option, (it has to be a non-onboard graphics card), you could easily check that by looking at the back of your PC, you should see the normal VGA port (the port you connect your monitor to), and if it does have a TV-out port, you should see another port. Then simply go to your local computers/electronics store, and buy a cable, it's eather RCA or SVHS. That way, you will connect one end to your Graphics card, and the other end to the TV`s "VIDEO IN" port, or at the back of it, on that large port, called SCART.

Well first of all, the connections don't match. Also, the quality of the computer (which is digital) will not look good on a TV.
Buy a TV/VGA converter.
