my brother told me to drive drunk. of corse i did, i was so drunk i should of had poision. i drank a half gallon of vodka to my self.
i don't believe my mom even punached him.
can't i be mad at them both?
i was past the point of been oblivated. i couldn't even walk strait, let alone walk down a flight of stair's

Stupid stuff happens when you're drunk. He shouldn't have told you to go drive drunk, that's true. Was he drunk too though? Was it his choice that you drank so much to begin with? Was he aware of just how shitfaced you were? etc. He shouldn't have told you to drive drunk, but you're the one who got drunk in the first place. Don't try to put it all on him. Or your Mom.

You can't be mad at either of them. You are responsible for your own actions right, it's not like your brother held a gun to your head and told you to do it or else right/wrong?
If anything your mom had the right to be mad at both of you for trying to endanger other people's lives by the wreckless decision to drive drunk.

u should be mad at urself for being so stupid. no one forced u to get drunk and then drive. ur brother might've made the suggestion but u put it into motion. being too drunk is no excuse. it's nobody's fault but ur own. if u would've killed someone, they'd blame u, not ur brother.

Even if you were totally plastered, I guess you had enough brain cells to listen to your brother, you should have told him, "no- you take the keys." If you were so "obliviated," (and you know it) then you should have given someone else the keys. You could have hit someone and possibly even killed yourself!!! My advice- have a designated driver next time you go anywhere.

Both you and your brother at fault: him for giving bad advice and you for taking it. Being drunk is not a reason; you chose to drink. As for punishment, you both should get punished.

hopefully you live in the country..you know the back woods.please tell me you live in kentucky....if by chance you do..next time you drive drunk just aim for the woods and stay away from town..thanks
