It didn't work for me. It made my heart beat really fast. Pills don't work. Drink lots of water and walk. That is simple. Try adding a salad to your meals and eat a proper diet.

I have used Trim spa. My experience was that it killed my hunger, but my problem... as most people is that I don't really eat because I'm hungry, and to lose weight you still have to excercise. So I did not lose any weight on Trim spa. The only Diet pills that actually work are the ones that are given by youd Dr. Sorry, no magic pill. You're eventually going to start excercising and eating less. Calories in, calories out it's the only SURE way to lose weight. Try it.
I am doing e-diets it's like $3 a week (a lot less than trim spa @ $17 a bottle) and it's working wonders. Specially cuz I'm on-line all the time.

I tried to for about 3 weeks, and it didn't do a thing. I have never found a pill that has worked. The last diet that I tried that I actually lost weight on was a low carb one. But it got too expensive, not to mention boring. Richard Simmon's Deal A Meal is good. It gives you the freedom to choose what to eat, and it does work.
