If it is a THING like I know you want a pencil you will say "Yo se que tu lo quieres" or "Yo se que tu quieres eso".
If it is something TO DO like I know you want to do it, you will say "Yo se que tu quieres" or "Yo se que tu quieres hacerlo".

pues se dice: "Se que lo quieres en español"... jajaja lol this is one of the funniest qstion i've read,,, "se que lo quires" and u can add to ur sentence something like "Esta muñeca sabe lo que quires y como lo quieres" translation: "this babe knows that u want it and how you want it" arrrggggg then jump off the closet
