hold both ends of the rope, have the rope in the back of you (touching the heels of your shoes) then swing it over your head. When you can see the rope in front of your eyes JUMP. It will take practice. Good Luck and be safe :)

just hold your arms stretched by your sides and hold the rope behind you. swing it to the front and you will hear it sound touching the floor below, just at that instant jump. this is to be done slowly.
after you have done this and perfected it just increase the speed.
eventually u will do it with more practise like pro's do while they train, lighting fast. next you can start doing tricks too. criss cross and lots many more.

I don't think anyone can help you by telling you anything. You need someone to SHOW you. One tip I can give you is to make sure the rope isn't too long.
