I'm not quite sure what you mean by "bind," but all a girdle does is hold everything in until you take off your girdle. Everything goes back exactly as it was before once the girdle's gone.

yes it will look like that and give you figure. But in real it will not bind the fat together so that you don't need to wear a girdle after a while anymore. Plus it is not so comfortable so why wear one? Unless you wear a pretty dress or go out fancy. Otherwise I would say rather loose a little weight and do some exercise.

Fat can only be squished in so far before it bumps up over the girdle. If it was a fix most of us women would wear them daily.

Not exactly. The girdle holds in the fat that's in your mid section (tummy, hips, thighs) but then you have to watch out for the spillage. See, that fat comes up over the waist band and out of the leg bands. Not a pretty sight!

the design of a girdle is such that it does bind, constrict, or tie up.. so yes, that is true. It doesn't mean it'll help you loose weight or anything, it just means that it will make you look thinner and/or more proportioned. It's similar to a corset.

If you mean on a permanent basis the answer is no. All a girdle will do is make you uncomfortable while holding in your tummy when you have it on. I hope this helps.

Sure it will "bind" it..or tie if up....but it wont get rid of it. Understand? It only wraps it up tight...but if you want to get rid of it I suggest you do not bind it cause it can cause problems with your body system and your breathing. there are some belts that make you sweat....but then you sweat the water that you need....thats why you loose weight...its all water weight. so anyhow....what I suggest is get more cardio.

Well, yes, it cinches up all of your fat and holds it in. Pretty uncomfortably, I believe. Its really not a long term solution to the problem.

It helps but you must excercise in order to complete the task. Good Luck!

Well, yes it sucks it in while you have it on-but can be very painful squishing important body parts together.
