Yes. Some girls more than others.Girls tend to look for personality more than anything else, well at least I do.
Most women I know find buff guys attractive, but not as buff as the male body builders.
A lot of women tend to complain about the beards down to men's neck, not all women feel this way, just the majority of the younger women.
These are just a few things some women I know find attractive.

Of course! Lots of girls love a fit, healthy-looking body. Of course, it really depends on the girl. Some girls are attracted to a guy with lots of muscles, some girls like tall gangly men. Some girls will ignore looks and go for the personality.

What you are really asking is if a good looking guy gets more play than an average looking guy.
The answer to that is no.
For men, it's all about your behvior and virtually nothing about your looks. I would say, within reason but it wouldn't be true. I've seen some HEINOUS guys out with hot women. A mismatch of the sort you would NEVER see the other way around.

No, a girl is attracted to the inner beauty of the person and not the appearance of a guy. The physical beauty is just a cherry on the ice cream.
