It's called a portion but who decides because it doesn't always fill me up. I am 15 and eat more than my nan.

i dont know who decides that stuff i guess its based on calories. you should eat until your full but not bloated.

I don't think you should be eating your nan, but if you need to eat more than your nan try your grandad, your aunts and uncles or even your cousins ghowever I always find mine a bit stringy. only joking give your nan a cuddle for me.

6 portions of Chicken Tikka Masala, followed by 10 pints of lager, sorry the other way round.

Seriously, do not leave the table full. Its good to be diet conscious at your age just keep it on!

when you are young. you tend to eat more than adults. but as you get older and more wieght conscienous. you will eat less. but for now. eat.

older peoples appetites seem to slow when they get older, your young and i suppose more energetic you will eat more in this case, so its healthy
