u probably deleted the software that u download with, thats why all ur music is gone, u should re download it and SAVE UR SONGS ONTO A CD

There's a chance that you may need to tweak your proxy settings if it's not playing anything at all.

REFRESH you libary so all the links are correct.
if you play a song and then it gets moved on your comptuer to another folder and then try to play it again, you will get that error.

What file? You are probably going to need to reinstall WMP.

if the file is online-- then the lnk is probably old. if the file is on your computer, then just double click on the file it will play.
