Yes, I asked the question. If the flood did destroy everyone on the face of the earth (other than Noah and his family), the only possible way to explain the differences in color/physical features is evolution isn't it?

Uhm... that IS evolution. Hehe, that's probably not the version you heard in church of course. I've heard the ridiculous stories they tell about evolution in church myself. Their version is in fact, laughable. If it wasn't all complete lies and misinterpretation, I would laugh along with them.
Read an actual science book. Put down the bible for a week. You will be amazed what you can learn.

Actually, Biblical fundamentalists do not disagree with the idea that evolution might be taking place today on a small scale due to the fact that we live in a fallen world where death is a given.
What Christian fundamentalists disagree with is the idea that evolution explains how all life originated with simple one celled orgasms and evolved upward to form human beings.
I don't think that you understand the evolution/creation controversy.

No. Macro evolution had nothing to do with it. Micro evolution (minor changes, skin color etc.) was what happened.
