i know you need oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter. but im not sure how much of each you need. and how long to bake it and the temperature of the oven.

Apple Crisp with Streusel Topping Recipe 3 pounds streusel topping, recipe follows
48 Granny Smith apples (113-count size)
12 ounces unsalted butter
2 quarts (64 ounces) granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoons ground ginger
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups seedless raisins

Make the streusel topping and chill, core and slice the apples. In large pot, melt the butter and stir in the sugar and spices. Add all fruit and cook until soft. Stir in flour and vanilla, then cook until thick and pour into 4 (8 by 10-inch) baking dishes. Top with streusel and bake at 350 degrees F until crispy and fruit is bubbling (approx. 40 minutes). Serve warm.

Streusel Topping:
1 1/4 pounds granulated sugar
1 pound all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
12 ounces unsalted butter
1/2-ounce pecan pieces

Mix butter, sugar, and flour together, until crumbly and mealy looking. Add cinnamon, salt, and pecan pieces. Do not over mix. Store in refrigerator. Streusel topping may be doubled for a thicker coating.

2 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups butter

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 to 50 minutes or until apples are tender.

I just wing in all the time. Throw some oats,white sugar and Cinnamon together, Then mix in some lumps of butter. I use 2 knives to mix it well. then I bake it until the apples a soft yet still a little crisp.Yum Yum Yummy.

APPLE CRISP ***

4 cups apple slices, peeled
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup oats, rolled (raw)
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter

Put apples in shell baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients, add melted butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Makes six servings.

I like Dump Cake
Put can of apple pie filling in pan
Sprinkle 1 box of yellow cake mix over top
Melt 1/2 c. of butter or margarine and pour over cake mix.
Bake at 375* for 45 min.
Serve with Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla.
Awesome!

Pour 1/4 cup water over the apples. Then...
Mix flour, butter, sugar and oatmeal blended till is has a mealy ball consistency...break in little pieces all over the apples and bake.
It's my favorite...better that pie crust.

TOPPING FOR APPLE CRISP

1 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter softened

Mix together and sprinkle over apples and bake.

tiger lily 57 has the right answer. You don't tell us what size you are baking in? 350 degree oven usually 30-45 minutes, till bubblly and golden. I'm guessing tiger lily is refering to a 9x13 inch pan?
