Who told you that, or is that something you've dreamed up by yourself? And are you asking or telling? I'm really sorry, but I don't know how to answer a question like this without further detail. I guess I could try, though.
If this is something someone has called you, ask yourself why? Did you do something to deserve such a title? If so, try and make amends. If not, then that person has no business calling you that, so I wouldn't have anything to do with him or her.
If this is your own self-assessment, then I'm guessing you're suffering from low self-esteem. Everyone has some good qualities, and I'm guessing you have your share also. Try and figure out what the best thing about you is, and concentrate on that instead of having such negative thoughts about yourself.
Other than this, I don't know how to help you. There's an old song whose title is "Accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative". And remember that only a certain species of equines are true a$$es.
