We love each other very much, but I know I am the only reason keeping him here. I don't want him to miss a good opportunity. I also don't want to put any pressure on him or us about the future, for example: marriage. I don't want to hurry into something that we aren't ready for. I guess I don't want to lose him. He told me that he can't imagine being with anyone else and I feel the same way. Why do I feel so bad that I am the one that would hold him back. I told him to take a good opportunity. Well if I knew deep down in my heart that you were the person for me then I would ask you to marry me and go with me. I wouldn't leave behide someone that I loved. It is not rushing into something if it is what you really want.

As long as your not telling him not to go then its his decision if he stays. I would say if he really loves you he will stay.

go with him or look for abetter job for him so he do not have to leave!
