You are probably building muscle and this weighs more than fat, so keep it up, the muscle will help burn the fat, so don't worry, I know it can be annoying, but the results will show! Does your trousers feel looser, if so you know its working!
Good luck!

Measure your goals by inches and not by weight. You will definitely see better results and won't get too despondant as muscle weighs more than fat.
Did you ever see the programme on tv where they measured half a dozen rugby players on their body mass, 5 of them were classed as morbidly obese would you believe.

I would suggest cutting down on weights and do more cardio. have about running? I am doing the great south run and have found that its a great incentive to keep running, keep training, and helping to lose weight and get in shape

muscle weighs 3 times more than fat. endurance training burns fat better, you should do less for longer. stop eating too many carbohydrates and eat more protein.
