I am trying to refill the A/C because it is blowing hot air. Normally the "low port" would be labeled but I lost the caps.

The easiest way to find it in your case is to locate the compressor, and then follow the larger of the two lines coming from the compressor. This will lead you to the low port. Another way to determine the low port is check the ports themselves. The low port side is the only one the recharge hose should fit on correctly. I would also recomend going to a parts store or junkyard and getting some new caps. If you do accidently try filling R-134 in the high port it can cause major damage to your system, and even cause serious injury's to you and others around you including death.

on this vehicle it should be close to the firewall, the high side should be behind the bumper. or the low side could be right at the compressor
