because morons need something to do....obviously thinking is out of the question, so lighting a fire was next on the list to do.

Because with sunny days, there's a bit more chance that the authorities won't find out it was a criminal fire. More heat, more fires, sure... though half of them are caused by maniacs or people trying to get a piece of land for a lower price. Unfortunately people work this way. Always see your belly first. Humph...

you are right but sometimes its the glass bottles that are left in the bush that starts the fire... here in spain there are so many fires now.....some are as a result of people and others are too hot and dryness...and glass bottles....which after a contact with sun ignites fire.
