You are probably experiencing osmotic diarrhea - which basically means a whole bunch of sugar in entering your bowel, and water follows the sugar (remember chemisty - osmotic gradient) and then you diarrhea - I bet the same thing would happen if you drank fruit juice, etc. I think its pretty common in kids.

It's common especially if said sweets were chocolate in nature. Try to indulge in moderation in the future.

Have yourself checked for diabetes. I don't mean to scare you but my uncle has diabetes and he had a similar problem when he first found out. It could be something else as well but you don't want to take the chance! We want you here on Answers again!!!
