There was a time when I would have said no. This year however, I have had a daughter suffer a tramautic brain injury in an auto accident, a son leaving for the Navy in a week, and a daughter telling me that I will be a grandpa early next year. Knowing when my day is coming would allow me to be prepared, as I am hanging on by the skin of my teeth with these events!

No because life should be lived in such a way that we are ready to die at any time. Each day we receive should not be taken for granted and every opportunity we have to serve God and others should be taken. I want to be able to live without regrets. The only reason i might want to know is so that i could help prepare, comfort those around me who would be deeply affected by my death, ie: family, ... but i trust God is able to comfort them and we all understand death is a part of life...
Great Question,
Nickster

No. If I knew that I would live to be 100 years old I may not appreciate the time I had and maybe live like I had all the time in the world.
Knowing gives me a scary anticipation. Like I would have to put it on my calendar or something, which is creepy, huh?
Not knowing when and where or how I will die, forces me to live with more joy today because maybe it could all end tomorrow.

Yes I would. I guess like everything else in my life I like to be kept on schedule and informed. Plus it will change my way of thinking and views regarding life. That may be why we fear death so much because it is the unknown, you never know when it's going to happen or how it will happen

yes I would love to know my time of death, day, year, everything!!!! Just thinking about it makes me very nervous, but at least I would have a chance to spend one year before it happens all day long with my husband and my precious son, would not go to work and would stop being stressed.

No...then you will constantly be thinking well in...300 days and 17 hours...I'm gonna die. It's best not to know but to live each day like it's your last. Hard to do but better than dreading the "end" everyday.

No. I am alive to live life not be focused on the end of it. How could your choices be free will if you decided to learn the time of your death.. your choices are then not your own.. they are all geared to that one thing in your head.

I'm not too sure.Well I already know when those around me whether human or animal will die.So I don't think I'd look forward to sensing that death is coming for me either.
