My aunt passed away. I am the beneficary on her SBC life ins policy. I don't know how to go about collecting the insurance.

You will need to call the HR department, or Benefits to report a death. They will need a copy of the death certificate. I may take a couple of days to process it and give you a check though. Not sure how long. 8777220020 is the # to Benefits.

Submit a death certificate to the company. I'd expect that the executor of the will would handle that sort of thing though.
