What are the pros & cons of living with a female roommate?

I'm a straight guy in my late 20s. I don't know the girl. Bedroom and bathrooms would be separate.

Girls are tough to live with
But guys are easy to live with i think youll be fine
Good luck if shes a messy though cause us girls have a lot of stuff and have to constantly pick it up or it will clutter the house

you ll probablly end up hittin it!!! i had a female roomate once..... we had a secret sexual "friend ship" it was like living with a girlfriend, and being single too! great news man!!!! goodluck
