time in heaven is qualitative. Time in heaven is kairos if i remember the Bible correctly. Time in the material universe is Chronos. Do a search on kairos and maybe you can find out more.

Time is not existent in heaven. God created time at the beginning. God is eternal and where he dwells there is eternity. No time involved.
