Michael's right.

Besides that, Christians (at least in the Western world) make up the majority - and majorities get a lot more attention than anyone else, good and bad, for the very fact that they are the majority.

First I used to be Christian and now I’m pagan so I’ve seen this from both sides. To be Christian and believe in the Bible as written means you believe all none Christians are going to hell. Now anyone with any type of morals would want to understandably save these people from this fate. I actually respect these Christians, but like the rest of the world, that does not believe in hell, I get very annoyed by it.

The majority of the rest of the Christians are Sunday Christians, which really couldn’t tell you anything about the bible they say they believe in, and do things I would never do because the bad karma it generates. They all figure they can go to church and pay tithes and make it better. They are always wondering why their life is a wreck, but know they are better then you because they are not going to hell.

I have noticed on this forum that when someone with non traditional beliefs expresses them, the ones that bash them are the Christians along with some people that just enjoy that type of thing. But I rarely see a Buddhist, Hindu, Pagan that jump on the bashing the heathen and condeming to hell wagon. Christians seem the most intolerant so it is probably related to what goes around comes around.

Oh yeah the world is just one big happy family except for those filthy Christians. That explains why there is no racism in the world and why women have never felt degraded by men. Idiot. Stop trying to be a martyr. Oh pity the poor Christians. Such a horrible life of persecution they live. How horrible it must be to be a Christian and feel you are always right and everyone else is going to burn in hell. Just horrible.

Let me answer by analogy. Chinese people don't try to force me to act like a Chinese person, and Yemeni citizens don't try to force me to become citizens of Yemen.
