If you are slim and don't have to worry about calories, go for your favorite sweet. If you are watching your weight, have a candy bar, M&Ms or whatever you are craving--just be sure to count it in your daily calories. A doctor on TV suggested that people do that so that their cravings are satisfied and they don't ruin their diet by going on an eating binge.

I usually keep a simple fruit salad on hand. I make it every few days to make sure it's fresh and it's awesome. I use:
Canteloupe
Watermelon
Kiwi
Honey-dew
Grapes
Strawberries
Mango
Orange juice (from a fresh orange)
I mix it all together and add a squirt or 2 of fresh lemon juice.
It's delicious, a great snack and when dinner comes around I can actually eat.

Rub Vanilla scented lotion on your hands...that is known to help with cravings for sweet snacks...use a low carb/cal snack instead and drink water or herbal tea. The lotion works...I've been using it.

have something sweet, you only live once, at a guess you body sugars could be low about that time. if you are worried about it ask your Dr,
