I would not worry!! all children grow at different rates some grow quickly while others stay petite, when my daughter was 4 she weighed roughly 3 stone and was, id say of normal height although i always bought clothes for age 3/4 when she was 4 i did not worry! Put it this way my daughter is now 8 but wears clothes to fit 11/12 she is not robust shes actually very slim but her height has SOARED. you cannot predict the growth rate of children i wouldn't worry she will catch up.

I don't know what a stone is?? But my 4 year old boy is 42 pounds and is 40 3/4 inches. He is in the 90th percentile, but he is not overweight, but very solid. I think that sounds fine because being that her height is in the 75th and her weight is in the 50th that is pretty close. If her height were in the 90th and her weight were in the 10th percentile then she would be considered very thin.

Children will not starve themselves - they will eat when they are hungry. Be careful not to openly stress about her weight in front of her or put too much emphasis on what she weighs - don't want to encourage an eating disorder later on.
I would say to keep checking up with your doctor to make sure she stays healthy - maybe go and get a second opinion if you must. As long as her energy level is up, she is not sick very often and shows no signs of stunting her growth, you should be fine.
Maybe for added piece of mind, talk to your doctor about having her take a children’s multi-vitamin.

Sounds like Tristan watches too much TV. There's not much you can do that may not offend your friend unfortunately. If her timeouts don't work then you need to be the bad cop and step in. When he exhibits inappropriate behaviour, you, as an adult - and a mother - should correct him if your friend isn't doing it. So, for example, given the car situation - I would have turned around and said "Excuse me Tristan? That is an inappropriate thing to say. You will not slit Emma's throat and I don't want to hear you saying things like that around Lucas. Do you understand?" Be firm so he gets it. Once he shows or expresses that he does, you can soften up and say something like "Thanks Tristan. You know, you're older than Lucas and he really looks up to you. I don't want him thinking killing is okay because it isn't. The things they do on TV aren't real, you know that right?" It's up to you to correct his behaviour if it's influencing or having an effect on your child. Failing that, Lucas will think Tristan's actions and behaviours are okay because you said nothing. Show Lucas that the things that Tristan does are not okay with you and that's how he'll learn. If the situation with Tristan doesn't improve, I would stay away from this family. You can maintain your friendship with Sandy when you're alone or when Tristan isn't with her. Good luck.

As long as she's following her growth curve, she's fine. My daughter weighs about the same 32 1/2 lb and is 41 inches tall, which for her is normal.

My daughter is 35 pounds. While my niece of the same age is 18 pounds and is the same height, which is about 34 inches. Both of them are considered healthy. Children's height and weight will constantly fluctuate, as long as she is physically healthy I wouldn't worry about it.
