I am attracted to someone who is significantly older than I am. I'm in college and he has graduated, has been married and divorced and has a beautiful kid. We have become really good friends and I have come close several times to telling him that I like him more than a friend; but I am scared and unsure being in my early twenties about how to approach a divorcee in his late twenties with child...
he says that he often get's in relationships and gets scared and backs out. As a product of divorced parents and having divorced friends and family members, I know that it's only normal.
what should I do?

If you are attracted to someone and he returns the attraction then as long as your heart is telling you right then go for it. Ive been with my better 1/2 for over a year and our age doesnt get in the way (Im 22 shes 31). Dont worry about the devorce part as long as you know the reasons and that there is no drama with her. Do what you feel in your heart. People make mistakes and maybe your his greatest choice! Go for it! Just always listen to that voice in the back of your mind! It will lead you in the right path! Good Luck!

This would seem like a complicated situation at first, but here's what you should do.Show, not tell, him that your more interested, easy, by spending more time together, with him and his son.Show him you care.
