I've had one really long term boyfriend in my life (2 yrs) and two other relationships that were both not very long. I do not want to get back with any of these guys, but for some reason the thought of seeing them with another girl or in the case of the first guy , actually seeing him with a new girlfriend makes me feel so... I don't know how to describe it... a mixture of jealousy/sadness/anger but I don't know why!!! I don't love any of these guys! so why do I feel like some jealous ex-girlfriend???

I'm waiting till after I'm married because that's God's will and I want it to be special... between me and my one day husband only... and I definitely don't want to end up like my cousin... gettin married only because she got herself pregnant

Maybe it's annoying to see that they went on with their lives seemly unaffected by the relationship they had with you? Or you never had the closure you needed?
I felt something similar to what you feel. My ex and I broke up after 4 horrible years together. It bothered me that while I was healing from all the pain in the relationship that she bounced back so quickly and went on with her life, unaffected. That....&^%$#....LOL. Thank goodness I could laugh about it now...now that I'm over it.

Sweetheart you feel like that for as many reasons as feelings you have, sadly I think its because for a long time you considered him yours and although we are unable to own people we sometimes feel as if we do. Seeing your an ex boyfriend or person with whom you were internment with someone else brings back a flood of memories that you shared with that person and they are now sharing with another women. Its not love holding your heart to him its the experiences you shared and the memories now fighting with the thoughts of him with these new women and all the things they will share.

It's because we humans were meant to be monogamous and have one mate in life. We have built in reflexes that makes us want to stay with our chosen mate. Multiple relationships have become the norm but our DNA like a gyroscope tries to get us back on the right track.

waiting till after the wedding is a bad idea, u never know what you are getting, i've been married to my husband for 16 years and had sex on our 1st date so it proves nothing.

Mabe you just don't like seeing them with someone else so you should just get out and meet new people and you might find a guy you like so much you won't even worry about your ex boyfriends.

because its always hard seeing you ex's. I have the same problem too i dont want my ex with another girl but i get this feeling and then i realize im better off with out him and i can find a better guy.

because they touch you i wa s married 4 times each kinda short the last time 15 years she beat me and called me names and all kinds of stuff i never treated her that way now im single feel out of place go dateing gust dont get caugt up in all the love stuff till your ready

You may not want them but you are mad that you didn't complete something you set out to complete. Meanwhile someone comes along and picks up where you left off. It makes you feel like they can accomplish something you can't despite whether you wanna be with him (them) or not.

I think every girl may feel that way about their frist real love..but for the other 2 if they weren't serious...who cares. Maybe cause you aren't with someone it might bother you if they were. Don't worry you'll find someone new.
