Really, the only factors that determine weight gain and loss are calories taken in versus calories spent in a day. That's it.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and regulates your blood sugar level for the day. If you don't get at least 300 calories of lean protein and complex carbs, you will be prone to store the rest of the day's calories as fat.
A good rule of thumb is to eat 5 meals of 300-400 calories spaced 3 hours apart. Lean proteins, complex carbs and veggies are good. I am sure you know what is on the "no" list. For calorie guides, food lists, etc. try a website like ediet.

Yes, because by eating breakfast you jump start your metabolism in the morning... Eat 5-6 small meals... that is the best way to be healthy and gain any more weight.

Yes!!
In the morning you need something to start off your metabolism. If you don't eat breakfast the next thing you eat won't be digested that well and that could make you gain wait.

They say breakfast is the most important meal because your burning the calories throughout the day. If your going to miss a meal, skip dinner.

Quite the opposite. Studies have shown that people who eat breakfast weigh less than people who don't eat breakfast. Especially if you eat healthy cereals.
