I'm gonna say look into Air India first, its usually the cheapest. If not, look into British Airways, BMI, Alitalia, Emirates Air Canada, or United Airlines, primarily BMI, Air Canada and BA.

Check out Shermanstravel.com and Travelnet.com for specials. Delta just started flying to Mumbai and you can get some specials on their website.
