well since i dont know how old you are but based on the question im gonna say 10-15, so you can figure out by asking the guys friends if you're their friends or something. and if their kinda jumpy around you or talk really really fast or ramble on about stupid things around you or that sort of thing then they probably like you!

dont ask him, thats lame. just tell him you like him, if you do, and see what he does. if you dont like him then just tell him you hear things when nobodies around
