tell him to come with you to the clinic so you both can get tested to make sure everthing is ok, you dont have to accuse him of anything just suggest it, and if he doesnt want to then tell him you wont feel comfortable having sex with him until you have them done, also if he fights you on it , ask him what he has to hide

Make him do it with you. Both of you should get tested. Also if you have any doubts start using a condom with him until he goes with you but be a bit more subtle about it. Act like you are worried more about yourself than him but you just want him to do it with you so you won't feel so ashamed. He'll think he has to be MAN about it for his lady. Like he's saving the day or something! Either way it should work and then you can feel better that at least it's over with. Otherwise if you have doubts and are pulling away from sex without letting him in on what is up then he'll probably go find it somewhere else. And you don't want to hurt is feelings about his manhood that could be detrimental for your relationship
