Is there such a thing as not being able to forget the man or woman that you loved and lost long ago... FOREVER??
How many have actually tried and FAILED to replace this person?
And finally, HOW LONG AGO did you lose this person that you can't seem to let go??

for so long i wanted this one guy just because we had such a strong history together (dating back to childhood) and we knew each other inside and out...so i finally got him...then lost him...then got him again and lost him again...i just recently (sunday as a matter of fact) realized that as much love as i have for him...i gotta start loving myself more....so that chapter in my life is done. i think i can honestly say i'll never forget him...but i will forgive him and move on.

You will always remember your first love. If you meet up again with your first love later in life, that's a miracle! I met mine when I was a teenager, I'm now 37, and by sheer coincidence we ran into each other last summer and have been in a relationship for 11 months. I'm so happy!
