LOL....No, that is the most ridicules thing I have heard. Maybe what they are saying is that if you eat too much Dairy it could lead to indigestion, constipation or something. But thats if you have a lot.

Could be, for some people; but probably not as a gen. I've never had any problem mixing dairy products, including yogurt and whole milk, yogurt and skim milk, or yogurt and cheese and milk.

Hm that's interesting because I dont' know if that is valid or not, but I have gotten sick after eating yogurt and drinking milk at the same time. I assumed it was just too much dairy.
