Id rather do a crash diet and exercise mildy...if this helps the answers!

Find a book titled "Michael Thurmond's 6 Day Body Makeover" at your local library or book retailer. It details a 6 day diet based on your "body type" which he explains in the book. The basic tenets are 6 small meals a day spaced 2 to 3 hours apart, drink lots of water, low sodium, complex carbs, limit your sugar intake, and low impact exercise. The book gets really detailed on why all of these things work in combination, and I found it really helpful. Good luck!

You can try the cabbage soup diet or a herbal body wrap or cut the calories to about 500 or 250 and drink at least a gallon and a half of water

Dropping water weight would work fast. A laxative would work, but is unhealthy. When people ingest STACK, as directed, they lose 8-10 Lbs. in about 1 week.

Lower your water intake. There's about 5 to 10 pounds of just water weight in everyone. That doesn't mean dehydrate yourself. Just don't drink as much as you usaully do.

what i used to do in prep. for an upcoming wrestling match is forget about eating for about 2 days and run with couple pairs of sweat suits on for about an hour a day.

Don't listen to anyone who says "Don't eat" for a certain amount of days. That's the bad way to do it.

I'd recommend you walk about a mile a day and you will see results soon.

Don't eat after 5pm and lower your intake of carbs (limit yourself to about 30 carbs per day).

I love how people come on here and try to sell you their diet pills. You people should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! These are probably kids asking these questions and you're going to have them popping all kinds of fat burners that are no good for them!
