Your vet will sort this out for you. It may be an active milk duct or an abcess, or a cyst, or perhaps he caught himself on a thorn and has an infection? Whatever, I wish you both the best of luck and a happy result. Boxers are really nice people

Possibly a tumor. Boxers are very prone to them. You did the right thing by making an appointment for him. Good Luck.

It is rare for male dogs, but they do get mammary cancer - a friend of mine was surprised to find a neutered male she owned, got a nipple tumor when he was middle aged. The tumor was removed and found to be malignant (the bad kind). The cancer was removed in this dog, but more things happened to this dog later. :(
A vet would need to check out your dog.

Males can have mammary tumors just like females. Better get him checked out. It could also be from a bite, or infection, but either way should be seen by a vet for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Men can also have breast cancer, altho it is rare.
