Not "false messiah". the concept of the mahdi is not to be compared with the "christian messiah-jesus" since the whole muslim community is waiting for the mahdi, just like the Jews are waiting for the real Messiah.

the Messiah already came. his name is mentioned in the Quran which is "Al-Massieh Issa ebn Mariam". (Messiah Jesus son of Mary).
