That we are not to esteem ourselves too highly or think of ourselves better than anyone else. Christ is pointing us in the direction of love - love for ourselves and for others. As Christians, we are to ultimately put others needs before our own and by judging others we degrade them.

Jesus was warning against hypocrisy.
Matthew 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
He was not forbidding any kind of judgement at all. In fact, it's commanded.
John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
